Rules: 1.Please be respectful to our staff and of our facility. 2. NO SMOKIONG of any kind .ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY. 3. No moving of any cones or other barricades. We block areas off for a reason, Maintenance is performed on the site everyday and piles are subject to being moved on a daily basis. For your own safety please always stop at the attendant to show your id and ask where the piles are for that day. 4. No garbage or bags of any kind are to be off loaded. This could lead to permanent banishment. 5. We do not take concrete, treated wood, bricks, stone, or garbage, We do take brush, grass, dirt, brush, vines, flowers, Christmas trees, weeds, perennials, leaves, bushes (no root balls of any size), tree limbs under 6ft in length, logs no bigger then 12" in diameter (anything over 12" is subject to fees), and twigs. 6. No hunting or fishing on site. 7. We do take woodchips. However if the wood chips are mixed with logs, leaves, grass ect. there will be a fee. 8. Large logs, mixed loads or any irregular size loads are all subject to fees. Attendants will assess the fees at the time in which the loads are brought in. 9. We ask that everyone bringing in yard waste or making purchases please arrive 15 minutes before we close. Services will not be permitted if not arriving 15 minutes before closing. 10. Oversized loads are subject to a fee of $10.00 per yard. A fee of $5.00 per yard will be charged for all sod, straw, dirt and old mulch. 11. All non-Bedford residents, commercial companies and Ohio pay a fee of $5.00 per yard. 12. No refunds on any products purchased and taken off site. Once its taken off site there is no way to verify that the product your trying to return is actually from The Mulch King. No exceptions. 13. Effective May 10 2020 lawn brown paper bags or black garbage bags is NO LONGER ACCEPTED. Yard waste must be brought in using totes, garbage cans, buckets, on a tarp or clear garbage bags ect. Open containers only as every load is inspected. Clear bags can be found at Lowes and Gordon Foods. We are no longer accepting woodchips or any logs or stumps that are not pre split for firewood. This rule will be effective indefinitely.
