These product names indicate how many times our shredder processes the material - either two times or three times.

Both mulch types are manufactured from quality hardwood materials. Triple mulch consists of smaller shredded pieces that maintain their color for extended periods and decompose into soil within approximately 2 years. The larger pieces in our double mulch have greater longevity but may experience color fading due to weather exposure.

For extended growing seasons and larger produce yields, we strongly recommend The Mulch King's Garden Soil. This product combines equal parts of our screened compost with our premium topsoil. This mixture provides excellent results for establishing new garden beds and revitalizing existing plantings.

We do not accept manufactured wood products, lumber, or constructed materials for yard waste recycling purposes. Our company policy follows our motto: "if mother nature makes it, we recycle it."

Driveway gravel consists of loose limestone rock pieces that provide an excellent low-maintenance driveway solution. Asphalt millings are processed, crushed asphalt that we screen into various sizes from fine particles to larger pieces. When installed like traditional gravel, millings solidify under sunlight to create an asphalt-like driving surface.

The Mulch King charges $60 for delivery within the first 10 miles, with an additional $5 charge for each mile beyond that distance. We deliver all products with a minimum order requirement of 1 yard.

Yes, we supply and install hardwood mulch that meets certified playground safety standards, including all required documentation for your project. We specialize exclusively in premium natural hardwood mulch available in both dyed and organic options, but do not stock rubber mulch products.
